You should try vitatops... theyre amazing and only 100 calories..... they take my chocolate urge away every time im craving!

Mary they sell them in the frozen organic section of the supermarket...you can also buy the mix and make the muffins yourself! I LOVE them! Unfortunately i ahve given those up too(for now!)
