we have a cast iron double burner reversible grill. one side is flat for pancakes, the other side is grooved for hamburgers.
FH only uses the flat side because he noticed that when you flip it over the gas makes circles in that one spot & messes up the oils on it.

Not quite the same, but what about the George Forman grill with the interchangeable plates? I have it, and it's great! I can make burgers, waffles, pancakes, whatever!

Don't sweat it...I have one and I've used it once. It doesn't fit my burners so it wobbles, its really heavy, and it has a weird finish that kinda makes me not want to cook on it anyway. Personally, I'm not a fan...the George Forman grill is much better IMO.
