I really want my dress to be white with a touch of electric or sea blue. If i had my way, i would get Gwen Stefani's wedding dress and have blue on the bottom instead of pink....but how or where on earth can i get a dress like this? has anyone come across colored dresses or a place that might make a custom dress for me for cheaps?!
I don't know where to get that dress, but my dress came with a sash that I am changing to a blue one to add a bit of color and to match my BMs.
I LOVE that idea! im definitely going to look into that.

David bridal also carries colored dresses. You can also incorporate a colored sash.
as said ^ alfred angelo and davids bridal do dresses with some color in them. i've also been recommended lady roi and maggie sottero. i personally go an ivory/champagne maggie sottero dress and will be adding color to it by changing out the corset ribbon for a colored one and adding colored beads to the bottom. i also want to dye my crinoline and wear colored shoes. and don't forget about the jewelry! good luck! =0)

My dress looks like just the Amsale one posted above, only it's not Amsale, it was much cheaper! I have pics in my album. I got it in Manhattan, FM me if you want more info. I LOVE the blue in my dress and it drove a lot of color decisions for the wedding.
I've seen the below dress (Reem Acra) on Ebay every now and then Its from 2004, so you may be able to find it pre-worn. I always thought it was so beautiful!
