I want my marriage certificate!!!!! (whine whine whine)

I still haven't gotten it, and I just called the NYC Clerk's office (because we got our license in Brooklyn) and they said it takes 6-8 weeks!!!! But I can't change my name professionally until I get it (because of lawyer rules) so I am super anxious!

Hmm that's weird. We got ours already.

I would double check with your officiant to make sure it was sent out.

i havent gotten mine either, i really want to change my name already. although i am only 2 weeks from the wedding.

We got ours in the mail while we were away on the honeymoon, so anywhere from a week to two it took at the most. Hope you get yours soon!
