one of the guys I work with said he looked at it. He said it was a nice house but had small bedrooms and the taxes are kinda high.

Very beautiful house, especially for the money. It is just the area that have more affordable housing, the question you have to ask is if you want to be that far.
This is in Coram, definitely not the Gordon Heights area. This actually right next to Selden, it even falls into the Middle Country SD, not Longwood.
We will be looking in this area due to the affordability, but we are waiting at least another 6 months to get more money saved before we can do some serious house shopping. If not, I know we would have definitely looked at this.

Yeah I would only look at the Middle Country school district in Coram, I am in Port Jefferson right now, so I am already that far, if this house is on the market for another few months, I would def. see it, but it prob. is already in contract. It's just fun looking, wish I was ready to move now...grr
