I know damn it, I didnt see this place when I was looking for halls, I already booked my hall, its OK I still love my hall

hahaha i could do it (financially) if i can get my guestlist down to 150... considering we have over 200 people to invite.. Chances are slim.

HOWEVER, if you want to sneak in and not sit down to eat, COME ON OVER!!!

The foundry is just a spot though and their site fee is like 4000 for a Friday. (I think) You would have to bring in a caterer. I know a good one if you need one =))

I love the foundry! I think angelica glass has pictures on her website of a bride and groom there and I always wondered where that was, I had no idea it was in LIC

I looked into both these places when I started looking. They are both great!

stage 6 was way out of my budget and the foundry was too small for my party.

stage 6 is NORMALLY way out of our budget as well, but you would be amazed at the discounts they offer when you are planning only 4 months in advance! I guess, b/ they dont have the date booked, they start to scramble.

the way i see it is... if a specific date isnt booked within months of the date, either the place makes money or they don't.

i know i really LOVED the foundry and even wanted my e-party there...FH's mom also has connections there and has worked with them before and they are part of some LIC association
