a real estate agent. I know this market is crazy right now, but I want to start off doing this part time. Does anyone recommend an agency? Or can get started in this direction? I feel that I would really be good in this field. Thanks if anyone can offer any help!

I don't have any recommendations for an agency, but I do know that most real estate offices will train you for the test you need to take. I think the training is free
There is no salary, it is commission only.
And I think its difficult to do it part-time, because you have to spend a lot of time cold calling and doing mailings to find prospects. It takes an investment of time.
