i want to cry...

the salon i have used for years and years and years just called and said my colorist, whom i have an appt with one week before my wedding, just quit. no 2 weeks notice. just gone. she's the only colorist i have ever used and have gone to her for 5 years. i made an appt with a different girl for the same time that day but i am sooo nervous. why does this have to happen now? why not a year ago so i could get used to someone else? why not the day after my appt? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

my girl did that....i went to her for 10 yrs! Thank god i knew her last name.....so i looked her # up and called her at home!! lol
i felt like a jerk but i didnt wanna chance it! She didnt mind and she said she felt bad....and she did my hair for my sisters wedding

I know this is going to sound crazy but you shoud totally go there and ask another stylist where she went. (assuming it was another salon).. A friend did this 3 weeks before her wedding...seriously marched into the salon, pulled someone else outside and made her spill the info then she was able to just go to a different salon w/ the same person and everythign worked out fab....

if this is too crazy for you, I'd also hope that the salon would have your previous colors on file somewhere and then it shouldn't be too hard for someone else to do it

well maybe shes working from home and took her books?! she may call you! if not do what i did....if you know her full name look it up and call her!

Ask the salon for her contact info. Considering the circumstances, I'm sure they'll give it to you. Hopefully.
