i want to cry

i dont think (actually i kinda know) that I cannot afford the photographer that i am absolutely in LOVE with. i HATE the idea of settling with someone else. its my wedding! omg

We TOTALLY had that happen to us, even stretching the budget they were out of the question.

My dad made me feel better with one off-hand comment, when we were in the car he was like have you ever seen our wedding photos? And I said no, and he just said hmm.... it made me realize that even people with AMAZING photographers only look at their photos once in awhile and only display so many, so I feel ok settling for someone who isn't as perfect, but I can afford.

Try not to worry about it too much. There are a lot of great photographers out there that aren't super expensive.

Sorry to hear this. I agree maybe if you talk to them, see what the best they can do for you is. Otherwise, there's lots of other amazing photographers at various price points

who did you want to use? sorry that the one you wanted to use is out of your budget. can you see maybe they can make a special package for you?

i know one girl did not get a book and made her own she had digital prints

Look at this way....why dont you rebudget for other things. Pictures are always going to be with you and be an everlasting memory of this big special day! Talk to her, maybe she will be open minded about it and offer a discount. Some vendors do =) Maybe offer cash to bring down the cost, I did this and it works.

try to be creative and if you want, we can always help you save money in areas. Always ask! Good luck hun!
