I know if you bought the shoes from davids bridal they do it. Im not sure i saw a post before where someone went to some store in LI to get it dyed.

Sandy's in Massapequa dyes shoes you buy there -- I'm sure they'd dye other shoes too for a fee.

It's about $20 to get your shoes dyed there (that you didn't buy from them). Just make sure the shoes are dyeable, I had an issue with this.
