I want to get married in a church..but Im not religious.
Hello everyone.. This is actually my first post. I am getting married on Aug 11, 2007...and I was to have a church wedding but I do not go to church. Is it possible to get married in a church even though you never go to church? I mean I know I have to contact the church that I want for information..but Im curious to know if anyone has been through this?
Thank you for all the help and advice! Millie&Joe

You have to find a church that will marry non-parishiners. They will perform the marriage for a 'donation' that will be a little higher than what they would charger someone who does donate to the church on a weekly basis. Make sure you have access to your and your FH's baptism and confirmation documents.
