I want to get married in NY!

Hi All,
First Post !
I was hoping some can help me...my fiance and I are off to NY this Friday 19th May...and have decided to get married there also
We have 'set' the date for the 26th of May. Once we land we will get out marriage license.
We want to get married in Manhattan City Hall
has anyone been married there or going to be married there
Also how likely are the queues going to be on a Friday
Any advice or information etc. would be great.
Also if someone can recommend a BUDGET NY photographer and locations that would be ever so helpful.
