My sister and her husband just booked a 6 night trip to Riviera Maya ...and I am two seconds away from booking the trip and going with her. I need to control myself. I sooo badly want to go on vacation, but know I shouldnt be spending money on trips when I am saving for the wedding and honeymoon.

What if you and FH just went for a long weekend and not the full 6 days. Then you can get a little vaca in and not feel the guilt for spending more.

I know how you feel. Everyone around me is going on vacation and I wanna go. We have to wait til the honeymoon.. 340 days til then...im gonna go stir crazy

thats how i felt! and then fh surprised me with disney lol..... but honestly the long weekend getaways end up costing us almost as much!

I want to go somewhere warm. : ) I actually need to check my work schedule and see where I need to travel for work this year...and then maybe bring FH along. It cuts the price in 1/2. We did that last year...he tagged along to a New Orleans trip.

I made sure that I set aside money last year so that this year I would still be able to go somewhere over the summer. Vacation clubs are great!

We were not planning on going away this year but our RH threw in free rountrip airfare within the mainland US so I think we are going to try to go to napa valley

I do too! FH says that right now I am not allowed to bring it up and talk to him when work picks up again :( I really want out of NY!!!
