I want to have my rehearsal dinner outside, but the mosquitos!!!!

Can anyone recommend anything that really works to keep those buggers away!! I do not need a whole bunch of bites right before my wedding!!!

Hmm maybe Ill ask my FBIL if I can borrow his house for the RD. He and the ring bearer and Flowergirl are in the wedding party and most are all close family...

Honestly...move to Nassau County! I don't think I've seen a mosquito out here in God knows how long... I went to my Cousins last year for a BBQ out by you and holy ****!!! They're freakin' huge! I don't think anything can take away those Sayville, Oakdale mosquitos!

Seriously!! Anthony left the back door open the other day after I fell asleep on the couch. We have a lake and woods right behind our house. I woke up to him slapping himself. I asked what was wrong and he said he forgot the door was open. We turned on the lights and OMG - It was a scene out of a scary movie. Mosquitos everywhere!

Do they really really work? Do those bug zappers work? Maybe Ill get everything and hand out bug spray as favors

it helped last time i went to an outdoor fuction (when the bugs first came out for the summer)

I don't know how much they go for but some of those outdoor canopies have mosquito nets.

I have heard to use fabric softner... Like rub them on your clothes and skin

If you eat garlic and onions it keeps bugs away. Also we just bought that off powerpad thing for our BBQ July 3rd. I'll let you know how it works. I don't really know the bug situation where we are, it seems to be mostly ants and those little tiny gnats that form a cloud everywhere
