We were in the bar... both very underage... and my sister (MOH) and his cousin (RB's mom) were good friends... they told him to go over to me and try and talk to me... i was not havin in... like i said, he was too skinny... we didnt actually become friends for another year and a half when we started hanging out with the same people...

We met through mutual friends while we were in high school (1997). Although there was an immediate attraction from both sides, we could never act on it because either he or I was in a relationship. After a couple of years of just being friends we lost touch for about 2-3 years. We then bumped into each other in March 05 at a bar and started catching up. It wasn't until we realized that we were both single. So after 8 years of knowing each other he sked me out on a date and we have never been apart since.

We met at the law firm I still work at... both as paralegals first job out of college. We didn't speak to each other for the first 7 or 8 months we worked in the same room! I thought he was obnoxious, he thought I was a btch, we were both dating other people.

One day we both went to a work happy hour... we talked the whole time. I had broken up with my bf a couple months earlier. He broke up with his gf the next DAY!

we actually met on match dot com, but we had actually found when we started talking that we knew some of the same people

i lived with six girls in college and he lived with six guys. two of our roommates were dating (and now getting married). she decided to hook fh up with all of our roommates. i'm the only one that liked him.

i met FH at an informal college reunion. we both went to same college, same year. but never interacted

We met the summer going into my junior year at college. We met working as visitor services cashiers at the MET and the rest is history!!!

we met through mutual friends in high school. i was 15 and he was 17. i was hanging out in port jeff with a few friends, and him & his brother met up with our little group but as they came, i was leaving, so we didn't even speak the first time we met. over the next few weeks, we hung out with the same group so we became friends. within a few months, we were best friends. and within two years, he was drunk and confessing that he was in love with me. lol.

At Bridgeview loool (at the time). Only bc I invited a bunch of my friends to all go out to celebrate me graduating college two week earlier, we have a mutual guy friend.. and our friend had to literally drag him out to that place! We started actually talking a few days later on myspace when he friend requested me, and told me he had fun that night, and then asked me out

I was eating dinner when my friend called and i asked her if i could call her back. She said 'ok but if some guy calls you I gave him your number'! I was shocked... I had no idea she had been talking to this guy online (this is when AOL first came out, i didn't even have a computer at the time) and all of a sudden she gives him MY number??? She said we sounded very much alike. I ended up talking to him through her email account for a few weeks until I got my computer and then we started talking on the phone. Two months later we met and we have been inseparable ever since! It will be 12 years in December (on my birthday)......
