I spoke to one of my vendors about a couple of things that I was dissapointed with...when I spoke to them they were very compassionate and told me they would talk to their manager about it and they would get back to me.... This was 3 weeks ago.. I called back twice since and never got a call back.... I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because I was very happy with them in other areas...but i am annoyed that they are not returning my calls...
any thoughts?

it was only 'part' of a 'whole' if you know what I mean...I'm sure you won't give a big fat 'F' on the entire 'vendor' based on that experience.
Just stick to the facts.

I hear you...but at the same time i think it is kind of $hitty to not follow-up...it is making me a little bitter and i would like to be partial towards them.
