I want to recommend Nick at Eagle Chevrolet if anyone is in the market for a Chevy.
A few weeks ago I posted a new thread asking for recommendations for a Chevy dealer since DH and I were in the market for a new Chevy Avalanche. Many of you got back to me, but we had just about given up hope. We gave it one last chance and went out to Riverhead to see Nick, who is the husband of a LIW member. All I have to say is the whole experience was wonderful and for anyone who is in the market, you should definitely take a ride out there to see him.
Hubby and I had visited at least 6 dealers on the island, and most were horrible experiences.... at one point a manager was so rude as we were leaving that he told my husband to 'sit down and be a man' and to continue talking.... I couldn't believe the rudeness that we were met with at some places.
It may have been a bit of a hike to get to Riverhead, but it was well worth the trip. Not only did we get a FANTASTIC deal, but you have no idea what a great feeling it is to go sit down with someone who makes the experience pleasurable and easy instead of annoying and upsetting.
So, being you were all so kind to get back to me, I wanted to do you all the favor and say, if and when you are in the market, take a trip there (Eagle Chevrolet)... I'm sure you won't be disappointed. You can always fm me for more information if necessary (phone numbers, directions, etc).
Thanks again ladies for all of your help.
