I want to throw out Joe's laptop

I want to throw out Joe's laptop

Since December, joe has been collecting scale model trains and sending them to various artists to have them painted. He now has almost 200 of these trains. He posts them on Instagram, which has lead him to gain over 900 followers.
He's constantly on his laptop checking his email, tracking numbers on packages, even hunting for graffiti to make a plan for the next days graffiti hunt.
I literally feel like the most boring person ever when he's on his computer and this worries me. I know it's not true, and sometimes
I should try to support him more with his hobby. This instafame is really inflating his ego. I don't think he realizes that he spends HOURS just doing things graffiti related.

It's clearly time to be more open...but am I the only one whos fiancé is addicted to technology? I want to throw it all out!!!

Jason isn't as into technology, but he is super into working on cars and, lately, trucks. And he spends a crazy amount of time on this hobby. A few days ago, he became the moderator for one of the off-roading message boards he reads obsessively. And the first thing I thought was, 'here we go.' We get such little time together that sometimes I feel like I'm competing with his car buddies. But I also can't relate because I don't have any hobbies besides cooking, wine, and tv. If I had something I was passionate about, I'd want him to support me. That's what I tell myself when he's working on a project and it runs late and ruins our dinner plans lol. I'm sure its not that you're boring!

I think that's my issue--I'm not really passionate about things the way he is. Part of me thinks it's almost jealousy. I've just been hearing for 3 months that he's 'done buying trains' to save for the wedding. I have purchased something for myself in so long to prepare for this wedding! Now I'm just going off topic. Tonight was just one of the nights I literally wanted to cry and crack the screen off of the laptop. Just needed to vent. Phew

gregg is ADDICTED to video games (so cliche i know) but he built his own computer specifically for gaming, and when hes not on that hes on the xbox. but if you ask him why he loves me he would tell you 'because she lets me play games whenever i want' HAHA!!

whats so frustrating is he gets DEPRESSED if he doesnt play for a full day or a few days.. example: 'i was so busy today that i didnt even have time to sit down and play a video game'
or my favorite was, after we came back from a relaxing 7 day cruise: 'i cant wait to get home and play video games'

sometimes i do put my foot down though- especially if we havent had much time together.

I would support FH in any hobby that didn't include decorating my bedroom walls with model NASCAR cars lol (current/old hobby) I wish he'd go outside and tinker in the garage (which is where I moved the cars lol) just so he can have his hobby but not redecorate lol

HA! My FH is addicted to sports! Like ADDICTED...right now he has probably 4 different games on. It drives me crazy and we always say we need to spend more time together

Last week it got to the point where I told Tom that if his computer and Internet was his top priority ill leave so it can be his only priority. I was hysterically crying and I told him i couldn't handle being 2nd to technology.
