I was at Duet at 12pm today was another couple from here there?

Just wanted to say hi. Contract signing was so smooth. Anything we wanted we were able easily talk about without fear of being screwed later on something. We were able to change the terms and #'s to something we could mutually agree on without twisting his are off.
