I was at the Fox Hollow last night for a baptism...
I know some of you ladies are getting married at the Fox Hollow and I just wanted to fill you in. Majority of the food was great. The only think I didn't go nuts over was the rice during the cocktail hour and the rice that came out w/ the shrimp scampi (that's what I ordered as main entree). The shrimp scampi....EXCELLENT!!! Everything on the menu sounded so good that I noticed a lot of people hesitating between what to get.
Also, make sure that there are enough seats and tables for everyone to sit during cocktail hour. The number of seats didn't accomodate everyone. Also, when the waiter brought out the food we ordered for dinner, she along with another waiter couldn't figure out who had what and were asking the guests at my table. IMO, I thought they should of been more organized.
The thing I like about Fox Hollow was the cozy and warmth feeling. Personally, I think it was very beautiful inside- it was simple, yet elegant. Ohhhh, they gave out ice-cream (Veneitian- you know the one in the box). Let me tell you- people went nuts. SOOOOO GOOD. The room I was in was the Briar Fox. The room was very, very nice and when leaving I got a glance of the other room which if I'm not mistaken looked like it had a fire place. Overall, Fox Hollow Brides, it's a great place and the food was good. You all have nothing to worry about. By the way, they had some really nice tulips outside the CH room which was upstairs.
