I think there was a thread about it a while ago and they asked those who were interested to FM one person who was acting as the organizer.

Joy and I organized it. we posted about it numerous times the last 3 monthes. if u miss the deadline i apologize, u can join next yr!! keep a look out for it next time

We did this back in October...looking at your profile you only joined in November so that is why you were not included.
