There are websites (once I find it I'll reply with it) that you can personalize tea bags and coffee packets.

MAke sure you ask yoy RH if they have an international coffee bar during desert-ours does. Even if they do not, you can probably have them brew special coffee blends for you-things that are interesting.
Coffee beans in pretty dishes with 1-3 vanilla scentd pillar candles in the center are one idea for CP's. I'll see if I can find that coffee thread from awhile back.
Also, for favors you can give out little bags of coffee as someone suggested and biscotti-wrap them up together in a cute package and voila! You have a favor AND breakfast for the next morning. Can't beat that. hehe.
You can serve coffee liquers at the wedding also-I know Godiva makes excellent ones. Create a special 'signature drink' for the night that is coffee themed. ALLLRECIPIES.com has great ones.
There are chocolates that have coffee flavorings inside them-those might be a nice favor. My MIL had them and served them the first time she met my parents, but I couldnt find links online-might be a specialty item. Coffee covered expresso beans are another idea. My FH loves those and I got them pretty affordably through Amazon.com.
For our engagement party we purchased tea cups and saucers to hand out as favors along with personalized tea. You could even give out a personalized coffee mug with both of your names and wedding date as a favor. I hope that I helped you out.
