I went back to work today...

even though I still feel like I was hit by a truck...

I just felt guilty to still be home and I had a lot of work to do. But I can barely sit at my desk and my stomach - heck my insides are killing me! I can't even breathe right!

I want to go home...

Go home...You won't recover faster by being there and pushing yourself too hard. Go home and rest
