So, after having quite an interesting wedding nightmare last night, I woke up this morning and decided to go wedding dress shopping with my sister and my bff who is one of my bridesmaids. I went to the Wedding Center in Commack and Village Bridal in Babylon. Village bridal was a very nice salon and all the girls were very sweet to me, especially since I did not have an appointment. I tried on a few dresses but nothing really wowed me. However I did pick out my BM dresses and my sister who is my maid of honor picked out her dress. Yay for that!
Now, on to the wedding center. I have heard some so-so reviews of them from this site so I wasn't expecting much when I went there. I must say, I had an awesome experience. I only had to wait about 10mins and Carol helped me. She was very friendly and personable and helped me pick out some great dresses. I found the ONE and I couldn't be happier with my experience there today. I did not order it yet (I'm taking my mom and grandma to see it monday). I just wanted to let you girls know about my experience, I hope this helps someone.

Yay for you! I'm so glad you had good experiences! Can you post pictures or links to your dress and the BP dresses?
