I went to Bra Tenders in NYC today.

They are a new vendor on here, and my dress place suggested it.

I got my corset. They have a really big selection, and were very helpful. The girl felt me up like 5 times. A little weird but oh well.

The appointment procedure is kind of annoying - you have to leave a credit card number, and if you don't cancel within 24 hours they will charge you $50.

All of the corsets are $119. They have all kinds of stuff in there. I have nothing to compare it to, but I thought it was pretty good.

I just hope my new hubby will be able to get the corset off of me that night - there are a lot of hooks!!!!

Thanks for letting us know! You know I'm in the market for a corset I tried that Mary's place this weekend but it was a madhouse. There were like 10 women waiting. I needed to get in and out, so I couldn't wait I'll have try Bra Tenders next week though! Did they customize it for you or just figure out what your bra size was?

They figured out what size I was. I didn't think they were the greatest of fitters, but I wound up with a good one, I think. It wasn't too uncomfortable, and it sucked me in pretty well. I just hope I don't show too much boobage! We'll have to see how it looks with the dress.
