and I am having mixed feelings about it. The place was very nice, but not too sure if its exactly my taste. People told me they thought it was gawdy, but I wouldnt say it is. Its that European look which I like but I dunno. He showed us the Starlight Ballroom and the one right next to it (I cant remember the name). I like that you can 'custom' make your package, meaning you can have as much or as little you want and you can make it as expensive or as cheap as you want. I even saw lots of great photo ops (by the fireplace, big staircase with chandelier, out front, etc.) And FH is absolutely no help! All he says is, 'Its nice, I like it' to everything. Well next up is the Chateau Briand and possibly the Venetian Yacht Club (yea my taste is all over the place!)

I guess everyone has different taste. My prom was there and it was excellent. Good luck with the other places!

Its an absolutely beautiful place. We had our prom there and have some beautiful pics. But, it's not what I personally wanted for my wedding either. I don't know if its because our prom was there, and I wanted something differant..or its just not what I invisioned for my own wedding..but it is a beautiful place!

I LOOOOOVE the venetian they were a lil too pricey though...
