on Friday night. My friend Corinne and I went to see her hall (Dante's in Queens) and I fell in love with it. I said 'Now I want you to see mine' So we drove to go see it and there was a wedding going on.
The bride was beautiful and her wedding set up, scheme and theme was awesome!! So if you're a lurker...you looked great! I was the girl in the jeans hiding from your photographer!!!
Anyway, the hall looks so pretty at night and I got this queezy feeling. I recommend that you all go see your hall in action!!! It helps you picture things better!!!
Then.....and this is the funny part....Corinne and I had dinner at the infamous IHOP next door!!! I counted the steps...it was NOT 35 feet!!!!!!! MUCH FARTHAER THAN THAT!!!!

I got Country Fried Steak instead!! REALLY FATTY AND REALLY GREASY AND REALLY YUMMY!!!!
Laurie was behind the bar and I grabbed her and said 'The guys are gonna love you!' She laughed!!!! The hall looked great!!! I was soooooo emotional and soooooo impressed!!!

Awwww thats so cute! I know when we went for our tasting and signed the contract, at Woodbury CC, there was a wedding starting so I saw all the guests coming in and the CH set up, I started getting teary eyed.

Aw, Flaca. I totally know what you mean. FI wants a city wedding which his why I am not geting married at Flowerfield, and when I first saw the site where we are going to, it is a cool space but really plain -- it needs Jazz. When we went back to meet a caterer and saw it set up for an evening wedding I had to catch my breath -- they had sheer panels all over and it was set up like an exchanted forest-- incredible and I was so excited.

my husband and i went this sat. to just see ours and coincidenatlly there was a wedding, we drove through the parking lot so we could see the back window which is panoramic, the ligths were dim and it looked beautiful. we even had to nerve to ask one of the departing guest how was the party, and they loved and said we would too on our day, so were happy we stopped by.

how exciting flaca! I am heading to mine next Sat to see them set up for a wedding. I saw pics of Karacg's wedding at Raphael a few weeks ago and got chills - I can't imagine seeing it in live action!!

i'm glad you got to see it..we actually saw someone setting up for one and we got to see what we liked and didn't so that worked out well..i'm glad you got queesy too because you know its the right place when that happens..
