i went to see my house again

we are in contract on a house, and just waiting for the paper work to get through. the woman who lives there is actually moving in about 2 weeks, and most of her stuff is gone now. we went to see it, and it is even nicer then i remember. maybe it is just because it looked so different because it was mostly empty.

the best was that i thought the bathroom was pink and old, and it is actually light gray and new. i think i got it confused with another house.

i really can't wait until it is ours!

IT IS NICE WHEN IT IS EMPTY BUT IT IS HARD FILLING IT UP. WE MOVED IN APRIL AND I STILL FEEL LIKE THE HOUSE IS EMPTY AND NEEDS LOTS OF LITTLE STUFF.

WE USED TO DRIVE BY OUR HOUSE ALL THE TIME BEFORE WE GOT IT.

We did too! We were afraid the people that lived there would think we were stalking them!! LOL!!! Gina Your lucky, Our house was much WORSE than I remember!! I just got done cleaning a layer of spackle dust off the floor and walls in the bathroom!! All worth it though!! Hang in there!!

i got a message last night from the mortgage broker, and he wanted to know what day and time we wanted to close. i am getting very excited and very nervous.

the good thing is that we already have lots of stuff. we inherited some pretty decent old furniture. we have a bedroom set, and some dressers, and china cabinet, buffet and server. i just want to get in a rip up carpets....

it's so exciting and scary! we are 'moving' in today!! i mean the people have finally moved out so i am going to go over and clean! i can't wait to look at it without anyone looking at me! everytime i went the homeowners were there and i felt rude staring at everything! DH and i can finally stop stalking our house!!!

I THINK EVERYONE DOES THAT, ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR FIRST HOUSE!!

IT IS SO FUNNY HOW MANY PEOPLE STALK THEIR NEW HOUSE!!!
