FH and I checked out the local gym and I have a free week pass starting next week. If it all works out well I am going to join. I cant wait to start. I am going to force myself and FH is going to help! I really hope I can do this - I wont fit into my dress if I dont!!!!

Hmm...when I do go, I try to go on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays. I haven't gone in the AM....I'm much too lazy for that!! I normally get there around 6:45 when I do go though.

How is it there? I can already tell I will be the fattest one there. I never worked out with men in the same gym. I plan to go on the treadmill for 45 mins and get out!!!
