I must like to destroy myself.

and I must be very self-centered.

I ruined my own day, and it need not be so...maybe....

it's not about how I look (as much as) it's how I think.

I think badly. I assume bad things. and I am not sure if I am right in doing so....but I am not sure if I am wrong, which is worse.

there was this program in Vermont of women - it was called ' Change how you see, not how you look.'

I liked that.

You can be the ugliest person physically, but if you perceive yourself as beautiful, so does everyone else...
