I wish I've been to a wedding at my RH

Original post by MrsHtobe

I don't know anyone that has gotten married at my RH. I kind of wish I did so that if they didn't like something they could be honest with me and I could address it before my wedding. I'm a worrier lol.

Anyone else feel this way? We should have a thread just for mini-reviews of weddings we go to so that girls can get more info on their RHs, even if not that many people on LIW are getting married there. Anyone been to Milleridge lately? lol.

I've never been to a wedding at my RH, and neither has most of the people in my family at least...So i'm happy that they will be surprised by how wonderful its going to be. I just go by the reviews and what people have told me, and so far i'm so excited I choose the NRC

I went to a wedding at North Ritz so if you had any questions let me know! The food was soooooo good, the service was great, and the cocktail hour had obscene amounts of food. FH's friend is getting married there in March too, so I'll def do a mini-review for the north ritz girls.

And thank you to the girls that posted about Milleridge! Its a relief to know that people have heard good things

Me too... I've never been to a wedding at NRC (or anywhere really, except for a wedding I went to when I was a kid) and while it would be nice to have been to one, I'm glad that our family/friends will be having a new experience! If anything, I'm afraid it will be too nice and freak out FH's family who is all OOT and has never been to a NY wedding.

and - I was in the bridal party - they had such a great setup in the bridal suite - they gave us tons of alcohol and food and the bridal attendant made sure we were all happy the entire time. If you weren't getting married there on the 7th, we probably would have gone to look at it.

Yay! I love hearing good things about NRC -- the one thing that's really stressing me out is the idea of getting married in their indoor chapel. Did the wedding have the ceremony on site?

Also, I've never been to Millerridge for a wedding, but I went for a band showcase and I honestly don't think you can get much cuter than that! That little village thing you walk through is SO adorable, and then the room where the showcase was had beautiful hardwood floors, I thought it was very classy.

She got married at the church beforehand. . . I'm not even sure where the chapel was?

Its just going to be a 20 minute ceremony, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
