with the WORST migraine ever! And now I have to spend a big chunk of my day staring at a computer screen which I'm sure is not going to help me any... ugh!

I had coffee this morning and that didn't seem to do anything... zCan't really do anything about the lighting situation (I don't even have the light in my cube on and it's still bright in here.
I'm gonna go down to Duane Reade in a little bit and get that Excedrin

my mom swears by the excedrin migraine. She gets really terrible ones too. Feel better!

have you tried excedrin migraine? when i get them really bad, and i'm able, i take two of those bad boys and take a nap and i usually wake up feeling better

So sorry. It may sound weird but eat some sugar. I used to get complexed migrained where I would have numbness in my arms and fingers. I took excedrin migraine and would eat a packet of sugar and it would help. Hope it helps! Feel better
