No no seriously!!! A colonic is actually something that is very healthy to (excuse the gross factor) remove build up! But coming from someone with tummy issues, I have been wanting to get one for a while now... plus you lose about 5-10 pounds!

A colonic only works when you complete the treatment, which means you have to get it done 3 times. They also make you buy a bunch of vitamins that will clean you out and they charge you for each colonic. The entire treatment will cost around 500 bucks. Whoever won the colonic, make sure you got the whole treatment not just one colonic. one colonic only cleans out 1/3 of your intestines and wont make much of a difference.
