Wahoo! This was my first case where I went to court without another attorney and tried it on my own (mind you, a small case in Municipal Court, but all the same!), and I WON!! Ok, so maybe it had a little to do with the Judge's apparent crush on me (who asked my client to step aside so he could 'get a better look at my pretty face'), but hey, in this world, you have to use everything you've got, right?!!
