(just graduated law school so this makes me happy) anyway it was in small claims- a realtor was suing us for commission. Long story short the judge decided in our favor bc what they are doing is ILLEGAL and def should not be in business.
Anywhooooo if you are ever looking for real estate in the Long beach area PLEASE FM me and i will tell you this company name ----- beware!
(and after this whole thing i found a great LB realtor and real estate attorney-- both of whom i would be happy to share with you ladies) :)

No it;s a discrimination lawsuit, but I have a legal aide that made me very sad today!!!

Oh no I saw your post earlier but i didnt know what it was over. That is terrible. I do have an employment atty (for discrimination) who is a great guy but sadly he is private and costs money :( where are you located? I used to work for a great guy in Nassau/Suffolk Law services who does alot of probono discrimination cases as well---- but it might be too late? let me know if i can help!
