We went to the bridal expo tonight & my name was called for the free dress from the wedding center in commack!!! I am in shock & am so excited! I hope I find something I like!! AH!!!!

That is soooo awesome for you. Congrats! I also won my dress at a bridal expo in November from the wedding center. I got an $1800 Sophia Tolli dress for free! And got my veil on sale there for 85 bucks. So in total I spent $85 on my dress and veil...you can't beat that! lol. Its kinda of hit or miss in there so make sure you look through everything! I am sure you will find something you love! And if not you can always get a discount on the other dresses.

A hint of advice. Make sure you inspect the dresses carefully though bc some of them have a lots of pulls or beads missing or are really dirty. Mine had a mark on the back and one little bead pulled but thats an easy fix and I am getting it cleaned after the alterations which my moms best friend is doing for me.

The good thing is if I don't find something out of the 'yellow dot' dresses, I get $300 off a dress that is $600 or more. So that will obviously be $300 I'd be spending anyway-still a great deal to me!!!!

I would get a 2nd dress to change into! LOL I am all about the second dress! But $300 off any dres sis great! They have a HUGE selection there and will order any dress you want if they dont have it! Great win!!!

DO NOT get it altered there! Get it altered elsewhere. I have also heard bad things about their alterations!

Yea I definitely wouldn't do the alterations there. I haven't heard the best things about them. And I was totally stoked about $85 and so was my wedding budget lol.
