Its terrible...i have it too..went for my first colonoscopy this summer...FH has crohns...our kids are in for a treat!

You poor thing!!! My boss' wife has crohns and she had a flareup over the summer (spent three days in the hospital!) I think I made some pretty yucky faces at my boss when he was explaining what the treatment options were.

I have IBS too! For the first month I was w/ John I never ate anything in front of him......he thought I was being one of those prissy girls that doesn't eat. Our first dates never involved going out to dinner. We went bowling, ice skating, etc but no food....until I told him I had IBS....now I don't care at all.
But it stinks having this!
I've had it since forever! My parents used to have a bucket in their car trunk at all times in case of an 'incident'.

I have Crohns too, but it's under control for the most part due to the meds I'm on. I can't really drink caffeine or carbonated drinks, and I'm not supposed to eat things like corn or celery (hard to digest)
