Re: ICE in Farmingdale???

I have no clue myself!!! I went in August and we were going to stay but they told us to leave. One of the bartenders said it was a gay bar after Escapes and the few people who started to come in (i think worked there) looked a little too flamer to just be cluber guys. When we went outside the line was really long to get in. A few guys came up to us to hit on us and they said they didn't hear it was a gay club.

Of course since we had no clue we stood outside debating for about 15 mins looking at everyone on line trying to decide is it gay or straight? We honestly had no clue (guess we don't have gaydar) We ended up heading to another bar totally out of the way.

The bride wanted to hang out but one of the bridesmaids wanted to pick up guys and didn't want to risk him saying hi and this is my boyfriend after 15 mins of small talk.

Re: ICE in Farmingdale???

I was there for a bachelorette party last summer, but we were not able to stay afterwards because there was a private party going on. The Escapes crew kept mentioning some place north of there to hang out for the after party. We didn't go though.

I was there once for a friends birthday on a Saturday. There were a lot of people and there was a guest reggae singer so that part of the music was good. The decor is not my style. I really never went back.

Mirage is not bad as a club, but it seems Fridays have better turnouts than on Saturdays. (They have some perks for bachelorette parties.)

sorry I couldn't be any more help.
