Ice Sculptures

The National Restaurant Association had an ice sculpture competition at their national show a few years ago. It may be an annual event. You could contact them to see if they could put you in touch with someone in NY. You might also try calling some of the NY cooking schools. If they offer classes, you might find a student that is skilled and creative at a good price.
