FH and I will be going to get our marriage license tomorrow. Stupid me, forgot to call the Town Clerk to ask which 2 IDs are acceptable, and they are now closed. One is the photo ID (license which I knew). However, is a passport acceptable as the second form of ID?
Thanks!

Re: ID Acceptable to obtain Marriage License
No, passport and license are from the same group and you need ID from two groups.
You'll need your birth certificates.

LOL! I realized that after I posted. Thanks, Kara. I have my BC unfortunately FH can't find his, so I guess we'll now have to wait for a certified copy of his before we go.

This is what you need, taken from LIW.
Proof of Age and Identity A person is required to establish proof of age and identity by submitting to the issuing clerk one of the following age related documents: Birth Certificate Baptismal record Naturalization record Census record
And one of the following identity related documents: Driver's license Passport Employment picture ID Immigration record
