Does anyone know what the ideal weight is for a woman of 5'7' or at least a range?

Re: Ideal weight??
I don't go by what the charts say because if I weighed what they said,I would be very heavy. Each person is different.Everyone has a different frame and shape.

My philosophy is not to go by that crap!
ESPECIALLY, if you work out.. muscle weighs more than fat and those figures aren't based on body types or density,

I agree! I've been working out for the last 3 months and gained weight!! Ok, so I haven't been eating less but still!!!! Ideal weight is really just a guide - what matters is how healthy you are. You could be the perfect weight and be unhealthy.

Re: Ideal weight??
I go by the way I feel, not by what the scale says.
I'm aslo 5'7' and I think the ww range is perfect...
when I have hit 150 I start feeling a little plump when I am in the 130's I feel perfect...so I think under 127 would be thin...but some people are thin naturally...
