Hi, I'm an OLD 2003 Bride, but thought I'd share some ideas!
My husbands aunt made us a Card Castle, it was beautiful! People thought it was my cake and were touching it at the wedding.....and what if it WAS the cake?! LOL
I used a glass slipper on a pillow with all my table cards surrounding it
I had cinderella invites and a coach with our names on it for sealing the invitations.
I had the Cinderella and Prince wedding day cake topper. (my cake was boring, so my topper was the only good thing about it, we didn't spring for a fancy cake...but it WAS delcious anyway)
I used pewter horse and carriage frames for favors.
oh and we had a coach candle holder for my and hubbys table!

oh, and I forgot, we had trumpetores play at the church and at the hall, not that you would know from my pix, cause the photographer did not take any pix of them. =( I have no idea why.....I was pretty surprised when I got my pix back, oh well. ITs over and done with almost 4 yrs later!

Re: Ideas for Fairytale Wedding
this might be REALLY cheesy, BUT I heard of someone doing tables like instead of table numbers....they were 'Fairy Godmother', 'Anastacia', 'Pumpkin Coach', 'Glass Slipper', 'Bruno', 'Cinderella's Table' 'the princes table', you know, they used all the characters names for table numbers instead of real 'table numbers' I thought it was cute, but didn't do it.

Re: Ideas for Fairytale Wedding
Here is a link with all the Cinderella/fairytale ideas I used. The invitation I have shown was the sample one from the website, I actually ordered mine from Fantasyland in Patchogue, but I beleive they recently closed. You can also get my invitation if you wanted it at www.wrapwithus.com, i posted there link on another post in this same post. The reception card shown was my actual card, we couldn't use the word cocktails, cause it was a disney invitation, so I substituted with instead of Cocktails at six, 'the ball begins at six'
For great fairytale or just any favors go to www.wrapwithus.com
They have a whole website and you can even visit there, they are located in syosset I believe. I first found them online, then I went there to order. They have a huge selection and they are the BEST price!!!! You can also get your invitations there, they have the invite I used there as well. Here is the link!

i looooooove your bride groom centerpieces - i was going to do something like that but with flowers - now i think i like the candle ---where did you get your coach? and what were the other tables centerpieces?
hi there! I got the coach candle centerpiece from Fantasyland in Patchogue.......I think they closed though.
I just had regular flower centerpieces for the guest tables. BUT I did have them scatter tiny little irredescent stars over the tables to look like fairy dust and little pink satin hearts that were maybe about 2 inches big. It was adorable! I loved my fairydust idea and they sprinkled them over the wrapped favors as well. The stars were irridescent colored and very tiny, but NOT glitter. Glitter is tacky! Bascially they were made of the same material that the bridal shower or birthday confettis are made of. Like a plastic kinda.... I thought it was cute!

i was thinking about putting a coach at each table with flowers coming out of the coach - do you think that would be too much?

That is what I am doing, a coach on each table with flowers coming out and candles around them and rose petals on the table! I got my coach from bridalshop.freeservers.com, check that out if you want. I am waiting for the florist to send me pictures of possible centerpieces next week so I'll keep you updated!
