Ok, so FH's brothers & sisters have opted to bring their kids to the wedding. Which I don't mind as long as they're going to be watching them :)
Going to see if RH can set up a small round table behind the table their parents will be sitting at so we can put the six kids (ages 6-14) at that table. The 3year old will sit with his parents.
Anyway, wanted to put some little things in bags for them (kind of as their favor, you know?). Any ideas? Was thinking of those Yes & No books, maybe Madlibs for the older kids, Crayola coloring paper, etc. for the six year old-the kind that only writes on the special paper.
Thanks

Re: Ideas for kids gift bags at wedding
I had gift bags as a favor for the few kids that weree at the wedding (only bridal party and siblings). There were mini red/white and blue totes (I married on the 4th of July) with tons of goodies in them. They all had pop rocks, cotton candy, wedding coloring book, stickers, 4th of july notepad, pen, crayons, and then I individualized gifts. The younger girls got hello kitty stuff (from AC Moore- used 40% coupon), older girls had Bath and Body Works stuff, and the boys had spider man book thingie (again AC Moore)

Re: Ideas for kids gift bags at wedding
I got little gable boxes with a picture of a bride & groom on them. Each of the boxes has a placemat to color, an acitivity book with crayons, a foam magnet to make, a card game (2 for $1 at Michael's) and candy. The girls also got little things of 8 lip glosses and tissues with brides & grooms on them. There is one boy & I put in a bowling game and 2 wooden models that I picked up in Michaels from the $1 bin.

Re: Ideas for kids gift bags at wedding
I put together little baskets with stuff in it for our nieces and nephews that will be attending the wedding. I picked up a bunch of coloring books, paper dolls, a few books, crayons, pencils and a bunch of Halloween stickers. We are also bringing a portable DVD player a few kiddie movies for them to watch in the bridal suite. But honestly I think once the dancing starts they are going to be out on the floor!
