Pizza Network (I think in Sayville or Oakdale), Fun Zone (around the same area I think) and there is some kind of build a bear type place that is popular.....these are the places my kids at school always talk about (I teach kindergarten)

I say Chuck E Cheese, I know my 5 year old sister LOVES it there. I'm pretty sure bday parties are reasonable too.

Oh, I'm not familiar with things out that far (I'm in Hicksville)
I know that a lot of kids in my daughter's class go to the Chuck E. Cheese around here and have a BLAST!

My girlfriend is having her daugthter's b-day party at Little Chefs ... a place where the kids can make their own personalized pizza or cookies depending on their age. It looks cute.
