Ideas to honor stepmom (Jewish wedding)

To honor FH's stepfather, we're going to ask him to say the blessing over the challah. We aren't doing any readings at ceremony or extra dances with FH's stepmom (he's already dancing with his mom) but we do want to honor her someway. Anyone know any other traditions or unique ideas to do?

We thought maybe they could cut challah together but my religious cousin said that's a no-no...grr.

Any ideas?
