Thats tough, i really dont know the answer. BUT, I totally would let the person know how much of a spot he/she isputting you in. People have no consideration when it comes to weddings and RSVPing! I hope you figure it out where its not too much of a headache.

if you can add them do it. if it's really difficult/annoying I'd say well sorry. it's a wedding! ugh I will kill someone if they do that when my day comes lol.
Noone has done that to me. It was just a question I wanted to know just in case. Hope to god it doesnt, but like we all know. People are rude and annoying.
i don't think there's any 'proper' answer.. go with your own feelings. if you want them there, tell them to come. if you don't, tell them it's too much trouble. one thing i WOULDN'T do is let the fact that you're (rightfully) angry/annoyed at them right NOW, keep you from having a clear head and letting someone come to your wedding who is special to you and who you really want to share the day with.
I am sorry to say but I think the right thing to is to allow them to go... they were invited in the first place and might be really offended if you tell them they can't go... I know it's annoying and you might have to call your RH and explain but I think it's just one of those things....
generally 2 or 3 days before you've already given your place cards... so id tell them they are Shyt Out Of Luck!

This happened with a friend's husband that was on call the night of my wedding, thought he had to go in and then found out he could come the day before. I would never have said he couldn't come at that point!
