If a vendor you want to work with

If a vendor you want to work with

tells you that he/she will get back to you on a certain date and doesn't, do you get annoyed? Do you contact them?

hmm, I would give a day or two extra, but then would call them again. . .how long has it been since they were supposed to reach out to you?

I was told I would be contacted the 15th, but there were personal things going on in this person's life that I knew I wouldn't be contacted that date. I figured at least yesterday, but nothing.

I would say give it a few extra days, especially since you know he/she was going through personal stuff.

give them 5 days - until the 20th, then bug them

i always like to give people a few days - you never know what may have come up

I think 4 days is enough. If you called them the morning they said they would get back to you - that would be annoying.

I think you're okay if you call now - especially since your wedding is less than 2 months away. you don't necessarily have the luxury of time anymore (depending on the vendor, obviously)
