If anyone is looking for a baker to do a groomscake
I met with a woman last night in Staten Island, she was INCREDIBLE!!! When I got to her house last night she was making a cake for a 1 year old girl first birthday, the Little Mermaid, the cake itself looked like under the sea, she had made an 6 inch sugarpaste little mermaid (she was airbrushing her when I got there, she had already finished the crab, fish and bird) and it was gorgeous.
For FI she is making a Vikings jersey. She showed me a picture of a Giants jersey cake that she had made, let me tell you that this woman pays close attention to detail! The numbers on the 'jersey' looked like they were stiched on. She also does wedding cakes (wish I would have heard of her sooner).
And she will deliever anywhere. Her work is beautiful and reasonable. For my cake, to serve 40 people she is charging me $150. If anyone wants her name & # fm me
