Does it matter what side your parents go on?

Mom on right of me and dad on left, or visa versa?

My dad was on my right and my mom was on my left..I dont think it really matters the order though!

I think that traditionally, when it's just one parent walking you down, they're on your right. Since it's usually the dad, I'd put him on your right and your mom on your left.

Both my parents are walking also but I haven't thought of if it matters what side they walk on. One other question, how do you carry your bouquet? On one side or in the middle? Isn't it awkward? Thanks

I was thinking that I would hold my bo-k in the middle and my parents would link their arms through mine...

FSIL had bouquet in the middle and her parents held her arms on either side.

I agreet- this is how i plan to do it.
