IMO, I wouldn't order any size 5's unless you know for a fact that a lot of your guests have tiny feet. feet get swollen when you dance anyway, better too big than too small.
What about sz 11's???? I am 5'11 and where a size 11...part of being tall...If you know of any taller woman you might want to get a few pairs...Just a suggestion....
